Vincent Randolph Brown, President & CEO of V. Randolph Brown Consulting, a boutique global, management consulting consortium, is a dynamic business leader with a passion for effecting organizational change. He was a Founding Partner and Managing Director of Global Novations, a full-service human capital and talent optimization firm that counted Goldman Sachs as an investor.

The firm was subsequently acquired by Korn/Ferry International in September 2012.

Throughout his career, Vincent has partnered with premier healthcare organizations to develop and implement diversity strategies, optimize talent, and build high-performing leadership teams who thrive in diverse and inclusive environments. His notable clients have included Bon Secours Mercy Health, The CDC, Ensemble, MetroHealth, Montefiore, The Ohio State University, RWJ Barnabas Health, TriHealth, University of Cincinnati, Yale-New Haven Health, and many others.

He co-authored a bestselling book with Janet Butler Reid, Ph.D. that helped shape the thinking in modern corporate culture about Diversity & Inclusion, entitled “The Phoenix Principles: Leveraging Inclusion to Transform Your Company”. Their second book on the intersectionality of diversity, inclusion, neuroscience, and bias, “Intrinsic InclusionTM: Rebooting Your Biased Brain” will be released in the second half of 2020. Recently, VRBC entered into a strategic partnership with Rali, a change experience platform that activates group performance. This partnership will enable them to design and deploy scalable and sustainable DEI learning experiences and education solutions.

He is a certified HBDI® facilitator and serves on Herrmann International’s Board of Advisors. Vincent is the proud father of three sons – Steven, Michael, and Adam and grandfather of Kayson, Kylan, and Caden. He enjoys serving as a role model for minority entrepreneurs and is engaged in causes that reach out to disadvantaged and disenfranchised communities and individuals.
