Kimberly Bass

Vice President, Ambulatory Operations

With more than 30 years in the health care industry, Kimberly Bass is the Vice President of Ambulatory Operations at Cooper University Health Care in southern New Jersey. She is responsible for the operational oversight of more than 80 medical practices collaborating with fellow executive leaders, providers and staff to ensure the high quality care and extraordinary service for patients.

Ms. Bass has served in both hospital and ambulatory leadership roles committed to improving provider and employee engagement. Prior to joining Cooper, Kim served as an executive coach and national speaker for Studer Group. In this role, she worked closely with the executive leadership teams of numerous partner health care organizations across the U.S. using an evidenced-based leadership foundation to achieve cultural transformation and operational excellence.

Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
