Summary
As we emerge from the Covid crisis and begin to think about a “new normal”, health care leaders need to refocus efforts on what is important to patients: Don’t hurt me, help me, be nice to me. At the same time, we need to restore joy in the work of clinicians and caregivers. Not an easy task. To be successful, we need new strategies and to build leadership, management, and team capability at all levels to deliver on those strategies. Attendees will learn about shifts in mental models, key leadership behaviors to shape culture and key skills that leaders at all levels will need to be successful in the future.
